Clarify and cleanse your scalp with a super simple hair rinse using apple cider vinegar.

Baking soda works great for cleansing the scalp by removing product buildup and dead skin cells.

The apple cider vinegar is gentle on the the scalp, rinses away all the gunk and leaves your hair looking shiny and feeling super soft.

You can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oils to add shine, increase softness or just to leave your hair smelling nice.

You will need a few ingredients for this rinse, but the great thing is all the items put together cost under $10.

What You’re Going to Need:
Apple Cider Vinegar – 1/2 cup
Baking Soda – 2 tbsp.
Honey – 1 tbsp.
Essential Oils (Lavender or Rosemary work great with this rinse!)
Small Spray Bottle

You may be asking yourself: “What’s the honey for?”

Honey is filled with anti-oxidants that increase blood flow and stimulate hair growth. It also helps to add shine and make your hair extra soft.

You can pick up a small spray bottle from your local general store and these are perfect for DIY rinses.

Just fill up the bottle with the ACV, add the baking soda, honey and any essential oils and firmly place the top back on.

Now shake that bottle up to mix all the ingredients together.

Hop in the shower as you don’t want to be making a mess all over your floor and get your hair nice and wet by rinsing it under water.

Once your hair is damp, take the spray bottle and generously spray all over your hair, scalp and ends.

Use a wide tooth comb to distribute the mixture and use your fingers to massage your scalp.

Rinse hair with lukewarm water, and shampoo and condition your hair one time.
