How to Repair Damaged & Brittle Hair

How to repair damaged and brittle hair.

For those of you who bleach and use hair dye or those whose hair is just naturally thin and brittle, we have an awesome deep conditioning hair treatment you are going to love!

This mask moisturizes, rejuvenates and strengthens. Using all natural ingredients and with little cost to you. Some of you probably already have the ingredients in your home.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Mashed Avocado
1 tbsp. Organic Honey
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Vitamin E. Oil
Hair net or shower cap

Spoon 2 tbsp. of Avocado and in a medium sized mixing bowl, add ingredients and mash together until you have a paste-like, creamy texture.

You can also add a few drops of essential oils to give the mixture a nice smell. (We recommend Lavender essential oil, as it helps to reduce dryness and and leave your hair looking extra shiny.)

Lightly dampen your hair first before applying the mixture. Apply directly to your scalp and use a wide tooth comb to easily distribute the mixture through your hair.

Work your way down to the ends and massage using your fingers. Place your hair in a shower cap and go relax for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove cap and rinse hair with lukewarm water. Use a light conditioner.

You can do this up to twice a month for best results. You can also swap out the olive oil for almond or coconut oil.
